Why Do I Feel Responsible for Everyone?

Many people come to therapy carrying an invisible weight. They find themselves worrying about how others are feeling, anticipating other people's needs, or believing it is somehow their responsibility to keep everyone else calm, happy or comfortable. To smooth the way of others.
